Project G   Location Lutterworth Client McLagan Investments Limited Sector Offices Project Value Confidential Construction of a new head office of 79,600 square feet for George (part of the ASDA group) in Lutterworth. The project was developed within strict financial restraints and floor area requirements providing a colleague environment that included open plan layout, breakout spaces (including roof terrace), variety of meeting rooms, restaurant and coffee shop. The building achieved a 'Very Good' BREEAM assessment incorporating ECO initiative of rainwater harvesting, solar water heating and water storage pond for controlled discharge of water.
